Belt Basics (see Double Back diagram above)
Double backs can be cut a variety of ways to
minimize your waste. Following are a few examples:
You can begin by cutting belts vertically from
section A to the length you desire while utilizing
the neck pieces. Then, you can cut section B
crossways for the rest of your belts.
You can cut section A crossways until section
B is the length you desire for belts.
You can cut the entire double back crossways.
You can cut the entire double back vertically.
Note: on an average 35" wide side, (shown above)
there are approximately 10" from which you can get
8' long straps and approximately 20" from which
you can get 7' long straps (please note: 20" also
includes 10" from which you get 8' straps).
