36 Internet Explorer has been tested with the Notice of Disagreement (NOD) and Meter<br />
Trouble Reporting (MTR) applications. MTR and NOD will function as expected with<br />
the supported Microsoft OS, Internet Explorer combinations<br />
37 The <strong>IESO</strong> Portal is accessible with the supported Microsoft OS, Internet Explorer<br />
combinations as well as Netscape 7.2 or 8.0 or Mozilla Firefox 1.0, 1.5 or 2.0.1 or<br />
Safari 2.0. These specifications are provided by the <strong>IESO</strong>‟s Portal vendor.<br />
38 Browser requirements as recommended by Entrust for the Entrust Authority<br />
Administration Services tool for the <strong>IESO</strong> desktop digital IDs (EPF files) are as shown<br />
on the <strong>IESO</strong> Supported Client Platform web page.<br />

39 It is recommended that the each Market <strong>Participant</strong> ensure that each participant<br />
workstation is protected by an appropriate firewall for the network and workstations<br />
being used. The choice of the technology to be employed is up to the Market<br />
