5. WOMAN WITH FÍSTULA, AFTER MORE THAN 100 HOURS DELIVERY.<br />
I live in Avang Esa<strong>to</strong>p, a village of Nsocknsomo of Kie Ntem<br />
province. I am 25 years old, a married and jobless woman. I have<br />
had 6 pregnancies and 6 deliveries.<br />
When I was 15 yeas old, I had my first delivery in which I had pains<br />
from my house. It was a delivery pains. After 5 days I delivered a<br />
child and had 5 delivery painful days. I was assisted by a village<br />
woman she was not traditional midwife, inspite of the 15 km distance<br />
<strong>to</strong> the hospital, but, my family did not take me anywhere, I am sure<br />
that my child deceased due <strong>to</strong> this situaion, even it was a wanted<br />
pregnancy.<br />
After 2 months delivery, my vagin started <strong>to</strong> receive constant flows<br />
and bad odor. I noticed that I was urinating uncontroledly, and in view<br />
of that, I went <strong>to</strong> the hospital of Bata were l was operated. But I could<br />
not be well. So, I decided <strong>to</strong> go <strong>to</strong> Cameroon <strong>to</strong> have a second<br />
operation. I did not have any positive solution.<br />
I have this sickness for 10 years, my housband help me a lot that I<br />
dont care of all this situation.<br />
