4 If you wish to install the license for all user accounts on your computer,
select the Install license for all users checkbox.
Note that you must have administrator permissions in order to use this checkbox.
Once you have applied this checkbox, all future changes in licensing will require
administration permissions even if you are changing the license for only one user
account.
NOTE:
If your license server uses a firewall, you must configure the firewall
to allow the two programs “lmgrd.exe” and “sonnetd.exe” to run. Be
aware that if you are using a nodelocked license, then the computer
you execute Sonnet on is also your license server. Windows XP users
should be aware that Service Pack 2 and above automatically runs a
built-in firewall. Please see your system administrator for instructions
on configuring your firewall. You should use port 7852 for
“lmgrd.exe” and 7853 for “sonnetd.exe.”
5 Click on the OK button to close the dialog box and apply the changes.
That completes setting up your licensing for this client. If you are doing multiple
client installations, you will need to do this procedure on each client.
