Department of students administration
The department of students administration is divided into the following four deparments:
Service office, Department of examination administration, Department of internship administration,
Department of studies. It’s the first contact if there are problems regarding
studying or the life related to it, if you don’t go to the students council in first instance.
Unfortunately the administration
is located in Prüfeninger Straße.
There are phones, with which you
can call the staff of the administration
free of cost.
If these phones are used, only
the 4-digit direct access has
to be dialled. If you are calling
from outside, the phone number
ist (0941)-943-XXXX (XXXX
stands for the 4-digit direct access).
The phones are located at:
• Sammelgebäude, 2nd Floor near the secretariat or at the students government
rooms (U125)
• Seybothstraße opposite to the computer centre
• Maschinenbaugebäude, lobby of wing A at the info point
• Prüfening, you’re right at the staff, don’t be shy, they won’t kill you
Besides, it is recomendable to heavily use the webpages of the students administration!
There is a lot of information on questions which arise before, during or even after the

Forms All Forms regarding the studies in general can be found at the named page. Unfortunately
forms referring to the faculties, can partially only be found on the intranet
(http://intra.hs-regensburg.de) under the item faculties. There can many more forms be
found on the intranet, but regular students won’t need them anyway, as their purpose
applies more to the administration.
