Evangelic Students Group (ESG)
The Evangelic Students Group is a community of yuong christians at the university.
Due to an umbrella organisation there are connection to other communities
at several other german universities. Furthermore the ESG
is part of the World Student Christian Federation (WSCF), which enables
you to meet young people from all around the world.
establishing contacts, finding friends … Especially on the first
weeks every term there are a lot of students looking for new contacts in our community
centre admidst old town. In the process of getting to know other community members
you may get some good advices for finding a cheap room in Regensburg, a good doctor or
good places to spend your spare time, and so on.
discovering, living and celebrating faith … A new period of your life is the best occasion
to ask about the main pillars of life and what it is all about. We would love to help you
finding these answers and discovering, living and celebrating new faith.
creating future, assuming responsibility … We deal with various religious and scientifical,
political and social questions and try to find a way to assume responsibility for ourselves
as well as for others.
overcoming difficulties together … Whether you got financial problems, exam nerves, or
suffer from heartache- you can always talk to us to find a proper solution to your problems
and a confidential discussion may be all you need to feel better.
