of lectures because of illness of the lecturer or short-term room- or schedule changes are
announced here.
Depending on the faculty notice boards are run to announce miscellaneous information
of the faculty. From time to time a look on it could be worthwhile.
QIS
QIS is an IT System available for students to organize their data at HS more easily. At the
moment the following functions are available for students:
• Information on registered exams
• Overview of grades, thus an overview of all the performances of your studies
• Paying of confirmation- and tuition fee via direct debit
• Certificates converted to PDF files:
– Overview of Grades
– Certificate of exam examinations
• Browsing the university’s internship database
• Updating addresses, phone numbers, mail addresses saved by the university
• Coming soon: schedule, room plan, cancellation of lectures, etc.
Overviews of grades, printed out by the QIS system are accepted by many companies etc.
without the examination office’s sign. Attention if you change your address in QIS. The
changes are not adopted to the library as they use another kind of database.
