going on at the administration regarding responsibilitys and persons in charge, we disclaim

If you want to contact the administration by phone, have a look at the office hours, as
they wont be available beyond them. In general it’s a good idea to send emails, as they
are usually answered within a day or two, and you therefore don’t have to worry about
office hours…

As a matter of course you can still send letters. If you want to save postage, you can use
the internal mail service for mailing inside the university. Mail boxes can be found at:
• Seybothstraße directly at the main entrance
• Prüfeninger Straße at the main entrance (near bus stop) as well as next to Room
P023
Normally it’s also possible to give your mail to the secretariat of your faculty.
