INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION Industrial Output increases in 2009 <strong>The</strong> total volume index <strong>of</strong> industrial production increased by 8.7 percent in 2009 compared to an increase <strong>of</strong> 4.9 percent in 2008. <strong>The</strong> increase was mainly attributed to the growth in mining and electricity generation sectors.
