WHERE TO LEARN ABOUT THE LATEST KNOWN ISSUES AND FIXES<br />

To learn about all the known issues for your ASE release <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> where they are fixed, please see the<br />

documents listed below.<br />

1. The Cover Letter:<br />

A Cover Letter accomp<strong>an</strong>ies each ESD <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> it contains a complete list of CR’s that ARE FIXED in this<br />

release. For a list of the latest CR’s fixes available to all customers, see the Cover Letter for the most<br />

recent ESD in your major release family.<br />

Cover Letters c<strong>an</strong> be found under the “Support>Download” menu on the <strong>Sybase</strong> EBF<br />

download site at: <strong>Sybase</strong>.com website at:<br />

From within the list of all products, choose ASE. Then, choose the hardware platform <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong><br />

the ESD version you are interested in. For example, the Cover Letter for ASE 15.7 ESD#1 on<br />

Linux x86-64 (EBF 19805) c<strong>an</strong> be found at:<br />

2. The Release Bulletin:<br />

A Release Bulletin accomp<strong>an</strong>ies each major release of ASE such as ASE 15.7.0. This document contains<br />

import<strong>an</strong>t information about the GA release <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> it includes a list of known issues <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> the<br />

recommended methods for working around these issues.<br />

The Release Bulletins for all ASE platforms (along with all the online documentation for ASE)<br />

c<strong>an</strong> be found at:<br />
