Sifiso is the Managing Director of <strong>MTN</strong> South Africa.<br />
Prior to joining the <strong>Group</strong> in 1999, he was employed by Eskom<br />
as Executive Director responsible for distribution. Before joining<br />
Eskom in 1992 he worked as a consulting electrical engineer in<br />
the building services and township development areas.<br />
Amongst others he currently serves on the board of Leaf,<br />
e-Bucks, <strong>MTN</strong> International, <strong>MTN</strong> Network Operator and <strong>MTN</strong><br />
Service Provider.<br />

Paul started in the insurance broking industry in 1960. He was<br />
the President of South African Insurance Brokers Association<br />
and President of the Insurance Institute of South Africa. In<br />
September 1976 he joined what is now Alexander Forbes.<br />
He served as non-executive chairman of Alexander Forbes from<br />
2000 to 2002. Other major directorships outside the <strong>Group</strong><br />
include Guardrisk Insurance <strong>Group</strong>.<br />

Rob is the <strong>Group</strong> Finance Director of the <strong>MTN</strong> <strong>Group</strong>. His<br />

of Mathieson and Ashley. Other major directorships are <strong>MTN</strong><br />
Network Operator, <strong>MTN</strong> Service Provider and <strong>MTN</strong> International.<br />

Investments, Greatermans Checkers <strong>Group</strong> and Truworths<br />

Laz is the Managing Director for <strong>MTN</strong> International. He has been<br />
a lecturer consultant at the Wits Centre for Developing <strong>Business</strong><br />

Magazine. He joined <strong>MTN</strong> <strong>Group</strong> in 2001 from M-Net, where he<br />
held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Other major<br />
directorships include <strong>MTN</strong> International, <strong>MTN</strong> Nigeria and<br />
Armaments Corporations of SA <strong>Limited</strong>. He serves on the<br />
Presidential Commission on Information, Society and<br />
