cheefe governing Angell that governeth the hour ofthe day or ofthe night,

The Invocation as followeth:
a Thou mighty and potent angell Samael, who is by the decree of the
most high king ofglory Ruler and governour of the first hour of the day

power and authority, to send and cause to come and appear to me all or

government, to Instruct, help, aid and assist me, in all such matters and
Things according to their office, as I shall desier and request of them (or
him) and that they may doe for me as for the servant of ye highest ereator.
