Top Team Challenge <strong>2010</strong><br />
<strong>The</strong> National Top Team Challenge is an activity for Company and Seniors, where a large number<br />
of Companies across the country take part in the same tasks in their own meeting place.<br />
Principles of the Challenge<br />
A Company only needs to have four members in order to enter a team<br />
Joint Company entries may be accepted where units have a small number in their Company Section<br />
Each Company can enter the Challenge without leaving their hall<br />
Every Company that enters the Challenge will receive a certificate showing their position in the final results table<br />
<strong>The</strong> Challenge must be judged by an adult who is not a leader in the Company<br />
Date of the Challenge<br />
<strong>The</strong> 2009-<strong>2010</strong> Challenge is now taking place! You have until 1st May <strong>2010</strong> to complete the Challenge in your Company<br />
and submit results to BB Headquarters. If you would like to take part please request your pack(s) – a sealed pack is required<br />
for each team taking part.<br />

We all know young people (15 to 19 years old) who make a significant difference<br />
in the lives of others. We want to recognise commitment through the Go Make a Difference<br />
awards to acknowledge, encourage, reward and most<br />
importantly promote the positive achievements of our young people.<br />

<strong>Brigade</strong> Council <strong>2010</strong><br />
from 3rd to 5th September <strong>2010</strong> in Armagh, Northern Ireland<br />
Come to <strong>Brigade</strong> Council in Northern Ireland in <strong>2010</strong>...<br />
<strong>Brigade</strong> Council <strong>2010</strong> is being held in the city of Armagh during the weekend 3rd to 5th September <strong>2010</strong>.<br />
<strong>The</strong> city of Armagh has many historical and other interesting visitor attractions both within the city and in<br />
the nearby towns and villages. Located in County Armagh, it is well-known as the Orchard County.<br />
Accommodation and the Council Meeting will be held at the modern Armagh City Hotel which is a<br />
very central location with shops, restaurants and visitor attractions within walking distance. Armagh’s<br />
proximity to all main motorways and access points makes it a convenient and easily accessible location.<br />
<strong>The</strong> weekend will get underway with a civic reception on Friday evening, which will give everyone the opportunity<br />
to meet informally and renew friendships. Accommodation will be booked directly with the hotel at a special weekend<br />
rate (see reference number on the booking form). <strong>The</strong> Annual Council Meeting on Saturday will be held in the Fisher Suite of the hotel.<br />
For those not attending the Council Meeting there will be the opportunity to participate in a tour to local attractions, enjoy a relaxing lunch,<br />
with some time also set aside for shopping. On Saturday evening a dinner and entertainment will be held in the hotel. Worship on Sunday<br />
morning will be held nearby in the Mall Presbyterian Church with which 1st Armagh Boys’ <strong>Brigade</strong> Company is connected.<br />
