you or a family member needs dental or orthodontia services in 2013.<br />

Delta Dental Preventive Plan (no cost to you)<br />

Free to most employees, except PBGS employees who do not receive Flex$, this<br />

plan covers your routine exams, cleanings, fluoride applications for children and<br />

full-mouth or bitewing X-rays. If you need additional services during the year, you<br />

are responsible for those costs. But you can pay for them through your Health Savings<br />

Account (HSA) or Health Care Account (HCA).<br />
