Flex Days<br />
Flex Days are available so you can take<br />
the days off you need, whenever you<br />
need them. During Annual <strong>Enrollment</strong><br />
or when you first enroll in benefits as<br />
a new employee, you can purchase<br />
up to five Flex Days to use throughout<br />
the year. You pay for them with pretax<br />
paycheck deductions and accrue days<br />
you can use for whatever reason when<br />
you run out of other days off.<br />
Things to consider before purchasing<br />
Flex Days<br />
• Flex Days must be used after<br />
all vacation time has been taken<br />
and cannot be rolled over to the<br />
following year.<br />
• The cost of your Flex Days can<br />
