AUDIT AND FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Audit and Finance Committee serves as the Board’s advisor
on accountability and audit-related matters, ensures maintenance
of sound internal controls, monitors the Gallery’s
financial situation, and recommends specific courses of action
to the Board, as required. The Committee held six meetings
during the year.

PUBLIC PROGRAMS AND CMCP ADVISORY COMMITTEE

concerning the unique operation of the Canadian Museum of
Contemporary Photography (CMCP). The Committee held four
