Notice of Preparation of Amendment
Amendment C38

The Golden Plains Shire Council has
prepared Amendment C38 to the Golden Plains
Planning Scheme.
In accordance with section 8A(3) of the
Planning and Environment Act 1987, the
Minister for Planning authorised the Golden
Plains Shire Council as planning authority to
prepare the Amendment.
Amendment C38 applies to land along
Common Road and Hopes Plains Road,
Inverleigh, comprising of Lot 1 LP128473
and Crown Allotments 14A & 14B, Parish of
Carrah.
The Amendment proposes to rezone the land
listed above from the Farming Zone (FZ) to
a Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) and
apply the Development Plan Overlay Schedule
9 (DPO9).

HUME PLANNING SCHEME
Notice of Preparation of Amendment
Amendment C98
Authorisation A0855
The Hume City Council has prepared
Amendment C98 to the Hume Planning
Scheme.
In accordance with section 9(2) of the
Planning and Environment Act 1987, the
Minister for Planning authorised the Hume City
Council as planning authority to prepare the
Amendment.
The land affected by the Amendment is
approximately 320 hectares of land at 135–285
Donnybrook Road, Mickleham, located on the
south side of Donnybrook Road approximately
670 metres west of the Hume Freeway. The land
is more specifically described as;
Lot 2 LP 202576J, Volume 9682, Folio 591
Lot 1 LP 210243, Volume 9792, Folio 811
Lot 2 LP 210243, Volume 9792, Folio 812.
The Amendment proposes to:
rezone land from Farming 1 Zone to part
Business 3 Zone, part Business 1 Zone
and part Public Conservation and Resource
Zone;
