The Golden Plains Shire Council has<br />

prepared Amendment C38 to the Golden Plains<br />

Planning Scheme.<br />

In accordance with section 8A(3) of the<br />

Planning and Environment Act 1987, the<br />

Minister for Planning authorised the Golden<br />

Plains Shire Council as planning authority to<br />

prepare the Amendment.<br />

Amendment C38 applies to land along<br />

Common Road and Hopes Plains Road,<br />

Inverleigh, comprising of Lot 1 LP128473<br />

and Crown Allotments 14A & 14B, Parish of<br />

Carrah.<br />

The Amendment proposes to rezone the land<br />

listed above from the Farming Zone (FZ) to<br />

a Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ) and<br />

apply the Development Plan Overlay Schedule<br />

9 (DPO9).<br />

Notice of Preparation of Amendment<br />

Amendment C98<br />

Authorisation A0855<br />

The Hume City Council has prepared<br />

Amendment C98 to the Hume Planning<br />

Scheme.<br />

In accordance with section 9(2) of the<br />

Planning and Environment Act 1987, the<br />

Minister for Planning authorised the Hume City<br />

Council as planning authority to prepare the<br />

Amendment.<br />

The land affected by the Amendment is<br />

approximately 320 hectares of land at 135–285<br />

Donnybrook Road, Mickleham, located on the<br />

south side of Donnybrook Road approximately<br />

670 metres west of the Hume Freeway. The land<br />

is more specifically described as;<br />

Lot 2 LP 202576J, Volume 9682, Folio 591<br />

Lot 1 LP 210243, Volume 9792, Folio 811<br />

Lot 2 LP 210243, Volume 9792, Folio 812.<br />

The Amendment proposes to:<br />

rezone land from Farming 1 Zone to part<br />

Business 3 Zone, part Business 1 Zone<br />

and part Public Conservation and Resource<br />

Zone;
