The Amendment comes into operation on the<br />

<strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />

The Amendment:<br />

modifies the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay<br />

by reintroducing two heritage precincts<br />

(HO123 and HO124) in the Schedule to<br />

clause 43.01 of the Planning Scheme; and<br />

replaces the interim design and built<br />

form controls for land at 318–342 Station<br />

Street, Chelsea with permanent controls by<br />

introducing the Design and Development<br />

Overlay – Schedule 8 at clause 43.02 of the<br />

Planning Scheme.<br />

A copy of the Amendment can be inspected,<br />

free of charge, during office hours, at the<br />

Amendment C62<br />

The Minister for Planning has approved<br />

Amendment C62 to the Moreland Planning<br />

Scheme.<br />

The Amendment comes into operation on the<br />

date this notice is published in the <strong>Government</strong><br />

<strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />

The Amendment rezones land at 191–199<br />

and 201–207 Albert Street, Brunswick from<br />

an Industrial 3 Zone to a Business 2 Zone. The<br />

Amendment applies an Environmental Audit<br />

Overlay and a Design Development Overlay<br />

(Schedule 8) to the entire site.<br />

The Minister for Planning has approved<br />

Amendment C52 to the Yarra Planning<br />

Scheme.<br />

The Amendment comes into operation on the<br />

<strong>Gazette</strong>.<br />

The Amendment:<br />

rezones land at 601–603 <strong>Victoria</strong> Street,<br />

Abbotsford from part Business 3 Zone and<br />

part Industrial 1 Zone to part Business 1<br />

Zone and part Business 2 Zone to facilitate a<br />

mixed use development;<br />

applies Design and Development Overlay 6<br />

to control built form outcomes;<br />

applies the Environmental Audit Overlay to<br />

the site to deal with potential contamination<br />

issues; and<br />

replaces the schedule to clause 66.06.<br />
