Irrigation District by excluding the following<br />

Goulburn–Murray Irrigation District<br />
All those lands as at 30 June 2007 that<br />
constitute a holding in the register kept by the<br />
Goulburn–Murray Rural Water Authority for<br />
the Goulburn–Murray Irrigation District where<br />
the Goulburn–Murray Rural Water Authority<br />
does not provide the services of water supply,<br />
drainage or salinity mitigation to those lands.<br />
Campaspe Irrigation District<br />
All those lands that as at 30 June 2007<br />
constitute a holding in the register kept by<br />
the Goulburn–Murray Rural Water Authority<br />
for the Campaspe Irrigation District where<br />
the Goulburn–Murray Rural Water Authority<br />
does not provide the services of water supply,<br />
drainage or salinity mitigation to those lands.<br />
Nyah Irrigation District<br />
All those lands that as at 30 June 2007<br />
constitute a holding in the register kept by the<br />
Goulburn–Murray Rural Water Authority for the<br />
Nyah Irrigation District where the Goulburn–<br />
Murray Rural Water Authority does not provide<br />
the services of water supply, drainage and<br />
salinity mitigation to those lands.<br />
Tresco Irrigation District<br />
All those lands that as at 30 June 2007<br />
constitute a holding in the register kept by the<br />
Goulburn–Murray Rural Water Authority for the<br />
Tresco Irrigation District where the Goulburn–<br />
Murray Rural Water Authority does not provide<br />
the services of water supply, drainage and<br />
salinity mitigation to those lands.<br />
Marine Act 1988<br />
SECTION 15 NOTICE<br />
I, the Director of Marine Safety, on the<br />
recommendation of Stuart Ord, Regional<br />
Manager, City and Bays, Parks <strong>Victoria</strong>, hereby<br />
give notice under subsection 15(1) of the Marine<br />
Act 1988 that from 9.20 pm until 10.00 pm on<br />
31 December 2007, bathing and the operation<br />
of vessels (including anchoring, mooring or<br />
allowing a vessel to lie) excluding those vessels<br />
involved with the fireworks display, vessels<br />
owned and operated by Parks <strong>Victoria</strong> and with<br />
the permission of Parks <strong>Victoria</strong> are prohibited<br />
on the waters of Western Port within 100 metres<br />
of the navigation light located on Cowes Jetty.<br />

DECLARATION OF FIRE DANGER PERIOD<br />
In pursuance of the powers conferred by<br />
section 4 of the Country Fire Authority Act<br />
1958, I, Neil Graeme Bibby, Chief Executive<br />
Officer of the Country Fire Authority,<br />
after consultation with the Secretary to the<br />
Department of Sustainability and Environment,<br />
hereby declare the following periods to be the<br />
Fire Danger Period in the municipal districts<br />
of the municipalities or parts of municipalities<br />
specified, commencing on the dates shown and,<br />
unless varied by subsequent declaration, ending<br />
