Amendment C101<br />

The Wyndham City Council has prepared<br />

Amendment C101 to the Wyndham Planning<br />

Scheme.<br />

In accordance with section 8A(3)) of the<br />

Planning and Environment Act 1987, the<br />

Minister for Planning authorised the Wyndham<br />

City Council as planning authority to prepare<br />

the Amendment.<br />

The land affected by the Amendment is<br />

comprised of 14 allotments within Tarneit West<br />

bounded by Davis Creek to the west, Hogans<br />

Road to the south, Tarneit Road to the east,<br />

and the southern boundary of Claremont Park<br />

Estate.<br />

The Amendment proposes to rezone 12 lots<br />

from Farming Zone 1 to Residential 1 Zone, and<br />

two lots from Farming Zone 1 to Public Park<br />

and Recreation Zone.<br />

This Amendment is being undertaken in<br />

conjunction with Amendment C106 which is<br />

proposing to place a Development Plan Overlay<br />

and Developer Contributions Overlays on the<br />

land.<br />

You may inspect the Amendment, any<br />

documents that support the Amendment and the<br />

explanatory report about the Amendment at the<br />

The Wyndham Council has prepared<br />

Amendment C106 to the Wyndham Planning<br />

Scheme.<br />

In accordance with section 9(2) of the<br />

Planning and Environment Act 1987, the<br />

Minister for Planning authorised the Wyndham<br />

Council as planning authority to prepare the<br />

Amendment.<br />

The Amendment applies to an area of 118 ha<br />

bounded by Davis Creek, Hogans and Tarneit<br />

Roads and the southern boundary of Claremont<br />

Park Estate.<br />

The Amendment intends to implement the<br />

Tarneit West Outline Development Plan (ODP)<br />

and Tarneit West Development Contributions<br />

Plan (DCP) by introducing the following<br />

overlays into the planning scheme:<br />

1. A Development Plan Overlay – Schedule<br />

10 (DPO10) to incorporate the Tarneit West<br />

Outline Development Plan; and
