Deposits
$2,000 non-refundable initial deposit due at time of contract
50% of Event Total due 6 months prior
Full payment will be due at your final meeting, based on your guaranteed count.
In the event your function’s total cost exceeds the total estimate paid,
the difference will be applied to a credit card on file.
Financial Minimums
Financial minimums are required in our Ballroom for Friday and
Saturday evening events; as well as some holiday weekends.
Friday evening food & beverage minimum = $10,000
Saturday evening food & beverage minimum = $20,000
Sunday events have a 100 person minimum
Reduced minimums are offered for January - April events.
Please Note: Food & beverage minimums do not include 20% catering fee or NYS sales tax.

to function date. Thereafter, acceptable forms of cash payments include certified bank tellers check, certified personal
check or cash. As a convenience we will accept credit cards, but pricing will revert back to our non-cash discounted rate.
