STATEMENT:<br />
It has been an honor and my privilege to serve the<br />
people <strong>of</strong> the <strong>State</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Alaska</strong> as a District Court Judge<br />
since my appointment to the bench in 2009. It has<br />
been an extremely rewarding experience. I strive to<br />
follow the law, treat all those who appear before me<br />
with respect and to render just decisions. I have<br />
learned over the many years that I have practiced law<br />
to be patient and to never lose sight <strong>of</strong> the human side<br />
<strong>of</strong> people who find themselves within the legal system.<br />
If retained, I will continue in my efforts to be a humble,<br />
hardworking and fair judge. I hope to continue my public<br />
service and be worthy <strong>of</strong> your trust.<br />
