Prepare honey butter<br />

Croissant<br />

Make the Croissants and the<br />

dressing once you have<br />

made the base salad, so that<br />

both are still warm when<br />

you serve them<br />

Pre-heat your oven to 350 F.<br />

Mix together 1 Tbsp of<br />

melted butter and one Tbsp<br />

of honey. Brush the mixture<br />

evenly on both Croissants<br />

and put in the oven to<br />

warm, once the honey<br />

mixture is sticky and the<br />

croissant warm they are<br />

ready to serve.<br />

Small amount of<br />

minced/finely chopped bacon<br />

Preparation Method<br />

Combine all of the<br />

ingredients, whisk together,<br />

season to taste with salt and<br />

pepper and microwave on<br />

high for 10 seconds, whisk<br />

again and serve. The<br />

consistency of the dressing<br />

should be fairly thick. If<br />

your guests really like this<br />

dressing cook a little more<br />

bacon, keep back some more<br />

bacon and make a double<br />

quantity of the dressing.<br />

Serve in a separate pouring<br />

jug for each salad.<br />

Prepare warm bacon honey<br />

mustard dressing<br />

1 Tbsp of Honey<br />

½ Tbsp of American Yellow<br />

Mustard<br />

Salt & Pepper (to taste)<br />

Bacon fat from cooking the<br />

bacon for the salad<br />
