Beef Salpicao<br />
until the beef is cooked to<br />
your desired doneness.<br />
Transfer to a serving dish<br />
and top with fried garlic<br />
chips.<br />
Ingredients<br />
1/4 kilo of trimmed beef<br />
tenderloin, cut into 1 inch<br />
cubes<br />
1 to 2 Tbsp of liquid<br />
seasoning<br />
1 tsp of black peppercorns,<br />
freshly cracked<br />
2 Tbsp of olive oil<br />
2 Tbsp of garlic, minced<br />
fried garlic chips for<br />
garnishing - optional<br />
Preparation Method<br />
In a bowl, marinate the beef<br />
cubes in liquid seasoning<br />
and peppercorns for at least<br />
10 minutes and set aside.<br />
In a preheated saucepan<br />
with the olive oil sauté the<br />
garlic over a medium heat<br />
until a light golden brown<br />
Then put in the marinated<br />
beef and continue sautéing<br />
