Spectral search is greatly improved when using data bases collected<br />
using the same sampling mode – especially when the sampling<br />
mode is ATR. PIKE <strong>Technologies</strong> <strong>of</strong>fers a large selection <strong>of</strong> ATR<br />
spectral data bases.<br />
The Aldrich ATR Spectral Data Base contains 18,513 spectra<br />
produced by the Aldrich Chemical Company. The collection includes<br />
organic and inorganic compounds and also includes polymers<br />
and industrial chemicals. Spectral range is 4000 – 650 cm -1 .<br />
The IChem ATR Spectral Data Base contains 12,706 spectra<br />
produced by Fine Chemical manufacturers in Japan. This collection<br />
includes organic and inorganic compounds, basic polymers and<br />
industrial chemicals. Spectral range is 4000 – 400 cm -1 .<br />
The Aldrich-IChem ATR Spectral Data Base Package includes<br />
32,126 spectra, a combination <strong>of</strong> all ATR spectra from both data<br />
bases – with no duplicate entries.<br />
The Aldrich-IChem ATR Spectral Data Base Supplement<br />
includes 9,062 spectra from the IChem ATR Spectral Data Base<br />
which are not in the Aldrich ATR Spectral Data Base. A new data<br />
base supplement for 2007 adds another 4,585 spectra to the<br />
Aldrich-IChem ATR Spectral Data Base.<br />
A wide variety <strong>of</strong> Applications Spectral Data Base Packages<br />
are formed from the Aldrich ATR and the IChem ATR data bases.<br />
All spectral data bases are supplied on a CD and operate with<br />
Windows® 2000, Windows NT® (ver. 4) and Windows XP.<br />
These spectral data bases are compatible with ABB-Horizon<br />
MBTM, ACD/Labs, Bruker Opus, Jasco-Spectra Manager Suite,<br />
Lumex-Spectralum, PerkinElmer Spectrum, Mattson WinFirst,<br />
Shimadzu IRSolution and HyperIR, LabControl Spectacle, Thermo<br />
OMNIC, Varian Resolutions, Grams 32 and SpectralID s<strong>of</strong>tware<br />
packages. A USB port is required on your PC where a dongle is<br />
installed for copy protection.<br />
