person signs a Form 130-U knowing any part <strong>of</strong> it is<br />
false.<br />

Sales <strong>Tax</strong> Warning Poster, in both English and Spanish,<br />
warns taxpayers about filing false purchase prices or<br />
other false information and the penalties for doing so.<br />
Counties may print and post it in county <strong>of</strong>fices and<br />
other locations.<br />

The county TAC must complete a tax receipt in detail<br />
from the information furnished on the Form 130-U.<br />
