How to identify the undead
A zombie’s head:
A zombie’s brain is
the only thing keeping
it alive. No head; no
zombie.
Limbs away:
Zombies may have
recently eaten, carrying
their meal around.
Sometimes this death
holder will fall to the
ground when the
zombies are moving.
Bad table manners:
Because zombies are
undead, their mouths are
most likely covered in blood
and skin from victims.
Zombies come out of a graveyard,
and their only motive is to
eat brains. To avoid becoming
one, here are ways to identify them.
Zombies will always have their
heads. This is
because the only reason they are
zombies is
because the zombie virus lives in
their brains. The virus gives only one
command to the brain, and that is to
eat. No head, no zombie. Most might
be able to mutter and groan, but only
a few might be able to say, “Brains.”
Zombies will not always have
limbs. The moment the virus takes
over, decomposition of the body
begins. The body will give off a smell
and rot. So if an arm or leg falls off
when the zombie is moving, don’t be
surprised.
Torn and bloodstained shirts and
pants are another characteristic of
zombies. They do not care about
what they wear because all they think
about is food. The clothes will also
reflect where they have been.
Depending on the zombie the
pace will be very specific. Some are
very slow in their movements—most
likely because of suffering from
decomposition and having no
muscles left. All of them will have
some kind of limp, ranging from
barely visible to very noticeable.
Those freshly turned into zombies
can move quickly. Each one moves at
a very specific speed.
Ugly or pretty:
Zombies do not care
about what they look like.
Appearance is ripped and
shirts bloodstained.
Limping over:
Limping is another sign of
identifying a zombie. The
degree of the limp varies
depending on age.
