Jim Karas
Looking to jumpstart a healthier lifestyle in the New Year Join celebrity
trainer and television personality, Jim Karas, for an inspiring and educational
presentation on getting fit in the new year. Mr. Karas is the author of the New
York Times bestsellers, The Business Plan for the Body, The Cardio-Free Diet, Flip
The Switch, The 7-Day Energy Surge and The Petite Advantage for an inspiring
and educational presentation on getting fit in the New Year. The morning will
also include a nutrition presentation by Susannah Baldock, RD LDN and a stress
relief session with Steve Cohen, RN, MSN, CRNI, CH.
This interactive workshop will focus on easy ways to include physical fitness into
the busiest of lifestyles, how to make small changes in your eating habits for a
big impact on your health, and how to rid yourself of the impact stress can have

PROTON THERAPY A NEW OPTION IN CANCER TREATMENT

John Chang, MD, director of clinical research at the CDH Proton Center, A
Procure Center*, will provide a review of radiation therapy through the ages
as well as discuss the latest research involving proton therapy, one of the
most advanced forms of radiation to date. He will discuss the cancers that are
appropriate for this new modality and the direction of future research. Dessert

We are kicking off the 2013 Bridge Walk with a delicious pancake breakfast!
Please join us for some fun, a warm and wonderful pancake breakfast, and a
Bridge Walk team rally to kick off the start of your fundraising team.
Our goal is to raise over $275,000 this year and with
