FAMILY YOGA NIGHT<br />

March 21, 6:00 – 7:30 pm<br />

Please join Lindsey Brems, Certified Yoga Instructor, for a yoga class designed to assist<br />

<strong>the</strong> whole family in relieving stress in a healthy way. There are no age limits for this<br />

event. Afterward, please stay for a pizza party where you and your family can share<br />

food and games.<br />

ENGLISH COUNTRY DANCING<br />

Monday, February 4, 7:00 – 8:30 pm<br />

Learn this gentle, elegant and social style of dance, a forerunner of square dancing<br />

performed to delightful music. Come with or without a partner – while one dances<br />

with a partner, we change partners frequently and often dance “gender-free.” Dance<br />

instructors Mady Newfield (a recent cancer survivor) and Tammy Bretscher teach at<br />

FermiLab and are known for <strong>the</strong>ir patient and thorough instruction.<br />

YOGA FOR COUPLES<br />

Thursday, February 7, 7:00 – 8:30 pm<br />

Join Donna Burg for a yoga class designed especially for couples. This combination<br />

of gentle Hatha Yoga, deep breathing, and relaxation promotes harmony and feelings<br />

of connectedness and rejuvenation. Release tension and free your energies for deeper<br />

connection and joy in your relationship!<br />

BALLROOM DANCE WORKSHOP<br />

Tuesday, March 5, 7:00 – 8:30 pm<br />

Jamie Vargo of Vargo’s dance is back after rave reviews. It’s fun, it’s upbeat, it’s<br />

exercise! Jamie and her partner will teach simple, saucy dance moves guaranteed to<br />

get you off <strong>the</strong> sidelines and put a smile on your face. This class will be taught for<br />

couples, but we will attempt to pair up singles who register. Registration required.
