book The Art of Extreme Self-Care by Cheryl Richardson<br />

as a starting place, Leslie will present monthly<br />

workshops to support joyful life transformation, one<br />

step at a time. Leslie is an innovative healer, licensed<br />

The Power of Rhythm and Routine - Learn to create<br />

a more balanced life, and become more relaxed and<br />

productive by harnessing <strong>the</strong> power of structure.<br />

Leslie will explain how to create structure and use it<br />

for support.<br />

Thursday, February 21, 6:00 –7:30 pm<br />

Take Your Hands Off <strong>the</strong> Wheel - Master <strong>the</strong> art of letting<br />

go of control and receiving help. Learn to create a list of<br />

“Things You Can Do to Support Me.” Gain time, energy<br />

and joy by learning when and how to let go.<br />

Thursday, March 21, 6:00 –7:30 pm<br />

The Absolute No List - Leslie will teach how to empower<br />

yourself by creating an “Absolute No” list – things that<br />

you will no longer allow in your life. Learn to eliminate<br />

<strong>the</strong> irritations and aggravations that stand in <strong>the</strong> way of<br />

a peaceful life.<br />

Registration required. Attendees may attend <strong>the</strong> entire<br />

series or select individual programs. It is best (not<br />

mandatory) to read <strong>the</strong> chapter noted in <strong>the</strong> title of <strong>the</strong><br />

workshop prior to <strong>the</strong> event.<br />

Join us for a stress reducing evening with laughter and fun. Sometimes laughter is <strong>the</strong> best medicine! Join laughter<br />

yoga leader and facilitator, Terri Reasoner, PhD, for some time to de-stress with laughter. Then stay for InterPlay-an<br />

easy, creative process rooted in play. It helps us cultivate balance, relieve stress, and have fun—nourishing body,<br />

mind & spirit. We play with movement, storytelling, connection, stillness and voice—NO skill or nerve required. Jane<br />

Siarny (MFA) is a dancer, educator, and certified InterPlay ® leader. Attend one or both sessions.<br />
