Our client is a major engineering and rail consultancy business with a number of UK offices. It h<strong>as</strong> a<br />
long standing reputation in the UK rail sector and an approach that involves using the best knowledge,<br />
experience and technology from rail and other large scale engineering sectors.<br />
With on-going involvement in the national rail electrification programme and a range of electrical,<br />
control, systems, testing and installation activities senior and experienced electrical engineers are sought<br />
to lead <strong>as</strong>pects of the electrical/electrification practice and also to provide consultancy expertise in client<br />
situations.<br />
This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with a wide range of technically oriented activities<br />
and also to use experience gained at senior levels in leading teams of technical specialists.<br />
Candidates should be graduates in Electrical Engineering and have worked at senior levels and<br />
with strong technical orientation in railway electrical engineering and be able to exert a degree of<br />
professional influence in this sector.<br />
The role will provide an opportunity to become involved to some extent in electrical/electrification issues<br />
in other industry sectors <strong>as</strong> well <strong>as</strong> in rail.<br />
