<strong>The</strong> property comprises a 4-storey with basement level retail building (Centre No. 1), an adjoining<br />

No. 2) and a 2-storey carpark building (Carpark No. 2). <strong>The</strong> property was completed in two phases<br />

in 1983 and 1991 respectively. 793 car parking spaces are provided on the basement floor of<br />

term of 50 years commencing from 23 February <strong>2007</strong>. (As at the date of valuation, title details are<br />

in the process of being transferred.)<br />
