<strong>Report</strong>ing and Transparency<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> prepares itsfinancial statements in accordance with the Hong Kong Financial <strong>Report</strong>ing Standards with afinancial<br />

year end of 31 March and afinancial half-year end of 30 September. In accordance with the <strong>REIT</strong> Code, the annual report and<br />

financial statements for <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> will be published and sent to unitholders no later than four months following each<br />

financial year end and the interim results no later than two months following eachfinancial half-year end.<br />

A Disclosures Committee has been established to review and consider material disclosures made by <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> for any<br />

misstatements or omissions. Procedures and policies are in place to ensure that price sensitive information will be disseminated<br />

to the market as a whole and will be kept confidential until it is publicly announced.<br />

As required by the <strong>REIT</strong> Code, the Manager will ensure that public announcements of material information and developments<br />

with respect to <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> will be made on a timely basis in order to keep unitholders appraised of the position of <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong><br />

<strong>REIT</strong>.<br />

Communications with Stakeholders and Unitholders<br />

In promoting good corporate governance and transparency, <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> has continuously communicated with both the<br />

stakeholders and the unitholders through the following channels:<br />

i) press conferences and analyst meetings are held at least twice a year at the time of announcing final and interim results.<br />

Management will be present to answer any questions that are raised;<br />

ii)<br />

during the <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting held every year, the Executive Directors and the senior executives will explain<br />

strategies or directions of <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> and to answer any questions that unitholders may have;<br />

iii)<br />

the latest developments in <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> are also available from its website. Interested parties may also contact the<br />

Manager through email or the general investor hotline; and<br />

iv)<br />

the Manager will also participate in various investors’ conferences or roadshows to promote <strong>The</strong> <strong>Link</strong> <strong>REIT</strong> as well as to<br />

foster relationships with potential investors.<br />
