1.8 Hardware and Software<br />

Compatibility<br />

• CPU board revision A-D was the initial<br />

release and covered versions 1 and 2.<br />

• Revision E was the release of version 3 which<br />

had a minimum CPU revision, increasing<br />

memory.<br />

• Revisions F-G used the final version of the<br />

old CPU hardware build.<br />

• Revision H boards are of the new design for<br />

the replacement of PN 67612. The new CPU<br />

board is PN 109549 and requires a minimum<br />

core of 3.14.00.<br />

Important Information Regarding Your <strong>920i</strong> CPU Board<br />

Because select components of the <strong>920i</strong> CPU have<br />

recently become obsolete, certain design changes have<br />

become unavoidable. Therefore, please be aware that<br />

beginning with Revision H, the CPU board will<br />

support only firmware 3.14 or higher. This does not<br />

affect any pre-existing user programs, and any<br />

performance issues should immediately be brought to<br />

the attention of <strong>Rice</strong> <strong>Lake</strong> <strong>Weighing</strong> <strong>Systems</strong>.<br />
