The number of port calls is the count of arrivals of cargo ships in each financial year, which include both coastal and<br />
international shipping activities. Port calls made by cargo ships from over<strong>sea</strong>s are counted separately to show the<br />
international shipping activities. Ships with a gross tonnage smaller than 150 GT are not counted. This methodology<br />
is also used for analysis in Table 4.3–4.6.<br />
