Form of the Notes
General
Pursuant to the Agency Agreement, in relation to Bearer Notes, the Principal Agent shall arrange
that, where a further Tranche of Notes is issued, the Notes of such Tranche shall be assigned a common
code (“Common Code”) and International Security Identification Number (“ISIN”) by the Relevant
Clearing System different from the Common Code and ISIN assigned to Notes of any other Tranche of the
same Series for at least 40 calendar days after the completion of the distribution of the Notes of such
Tranche, as notified by the Principal Agent to the relevant Dealers. Until exchanged in full, the holder of
an interest in any Bearer Global Note or Registered Global Note shall be entitled to all of the same
benefits as the holder of Notes, receipts, interest coupons, and talons, except as set out in the applicable
Terms and Conditions.
