Board Practices
Audit Committee
The Issuer’s Audit Committee, which currently consists of four independent members of the Issuer’s
Board of Directors, provides direct oversight of the corporate audit function and the independent registered
public accounting firm of the Issuer.
The members of the Audit Committee are Charles O. Rossotti (Chair), D. Paul Jones, Jr., Donald E.
Powell and Robert W. Scully.
