It is hereby stated and certifi ed that <strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> complies with the Restrictions on<br />
Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directives to the extent herein:<br />
<strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> does not use any of the Restricted Substances specifi ed by the RoHS<br />
Directives<br />
(listed below) as components in TO-5 and Centigrid ® Electromechanical Relay products, nor<br />
are these substances employed during any electromechanical relay manufacturing process:<br />
Lead<br />
Mercury<br />
Cadmium<br />
Hexavalent Chromium<br />
Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB’s)<br />
Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE’s)<br />
However, upon request from the Customer, relay leads may be coated with solder, which contains<br />
60% tin and 40% lead.<br />
REACH<br />
It is hereby stated and certifi ed that <strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> complies with the Registration<br />
Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Directives to the extent<br />
stated herein:<br />
<strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> is a manufacturer of articles. <strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> has taken the initiative to<br />
review the (126) substances that are under consideration for treatment as Substances of Very<br />
High Concern (SVHC) candidates. <strong>Teledyne</strong> <strong>Relays</strong> confi rmed that our relays do not contain<br />
any of the listed<br />
substances in concentration >0.1% weight per supplied article, substance or preparation<br />
weight.<br />
