Reason: This condition is required to be imposed by Section 91 <strong>of</strong> the Town<br />

and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 <strong>of</strong> the Planning<br />

and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.<br />

2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the<br />

following approved plans: site plan at scale 1/1000, design for prayer garden,<br />

building details dated 02/05/11 and email from the headmistress dated<br />

22/06/11.<br />

Reason: For the avoidance <strong>of</strong> doubt and in the interests <strong>of</strong> proper <strong>planning</strong>.<br />

3 Before the prayer garden is brought into use, proposals for the landscaping <strong>of</strong><br />

the garden, including along the curtilage <strong>of</strong> the southwest corner <strong>of</strong> the site<br />

shall be submitted to and approved by the District Planning Authority by<br />

means <strong>of</strong> a large scale plan and a written brief. The landscaping shall<br />

thereafter be maintained for five years during which time any specimens which<br />

are damaged, dead or dying shall be replaced and hence the whole scheme<br />

shall thereafter be retained.<br />

Reason: In order to protect and enhance the appearance and character <strong>of</strong> the<br />

site and protect the amenities <strong>of</strong> adjoining residential properties.<br />
