1.3.3.2.3. Voice: Voice Communication Services through dedicated devices
and/or software clients;
1.3.3.2.4. Video: Video Communication Services through dedicated devices
and/or software clients;
1.3.3.2.5. Presence: Presence Services;
1.3.3.2.6. Collaboration: Collaboration Services such as screen / window
sharing, white boarding, collaborative editing;
1.3.3.2.7. UCC Integrated Session Management: Integrating session
management services for the above mentioned individual services
under a single UCC management capability;
1.3.3.2.8. UCC IA Services: UCC Specific IA Services, such as anti-spam,
email AV, IM AV, content scanning.
1.3.3.3. Client Provisioning Services
1.3.3.3.1. Client Devices: Various client hardware form factors to be provided
for different classifications / different user groups (such as desktop
and portable computers, tablet devices, PDAs, VoIP and VoSIP
phones, dedicated VTC devices, printers, scanners). Current scope
does not include the provisioning of GSM phones to users, but these
devices may be able to reach a subset of ANWI services based on
the security and functional requirements;
1.3.3.3.2. Software Provisioning: Provisioning of client software and integration
with Purchaser furnished software. This includes establishing the
software provisioning infrastructure in a centrally managed but
flexible way to enable provisioning of OS and applications which will
include Purchaser Furnished software (such as NATO Desktop
Baseline), existing functional applications and any other applications
in support of the overall client functionality;
1.3.3.3.3. User workspace provisioning and management to provide support to
multiple form factor devices;
1.3.3.3.4. Integration of client workspace services with application services
provisioning;
1.3.3.3.5. Client Provisioning IA Services: Client specific IA services such as
client side AV, client firewall software
