certificates/ diplomas. Exceptionally extensive relevant experience
may be considered if the above qualifications are not met.
3.6.2.5.3. The ANWI TD shall have integration and testing engineering skills
with five (5) years’ experience as part of large ICT projects,
supported by project references, point of contact, and description of
role/responsibilities/activities.
3.6.2.5.4. The ANWI TD shall have demonstrated practical experience in
planning, conducting and assessing Integration and Testing
activities in support of large ICT projects for at least three (3) years,
supported by project references, point of contact, and description of
role/responsibilities/activities.
3.6.2.5.5. The ANWI TD shall have demonstrated practical experience in
testing of IT infrastructure, core services where the role of test
engineer or integration engineer was exercised, supported by project
references, point of contact, and description of
role/responsibilities/activities.
3.6.2.5.6. The ANWI TD shall have demonstrated practical experience in ICT
migrations where the role of test engineer or integration engineer
was exercised for migration of ICT services (Active Directory,
business applications and associated data), supported by project
references, point of contact, and description of
role/responsibilities/activities.
3.6.2.5.7. The ANWI TD shall have demonstrated practical knowledge and
experience with QA standards (either AQAP or ISO), processes for
integration and (pre) migration testing.
3.6.2.5.8. The ANWI TD shall have a demonstrated spoken and written fluency
in English, as defined in STANAG 6001 at a minimum level of 4343.
3.6.3. Project Management Proposal
3.6.3.1. Project Management Plan (PMP)
3.6.3.1.1. The Bidder shall provide a project management plan that provides
detailed information on the management approach to deliver the
ANWI from Contract award till the end of the 5 year O&M period.
3.6.3.1.2. The Bidder shall provide a description of its project management
methodology and approach to be used for this project that is
coherent with delivering the ANWI’s scope and its objectives.
3.6.3.1.3. The proposed PMP shall be compliant with Annex K Appendix 3 of
the SOW.
