3.6.4.3.5.2 Initial component level design that shows how a particular service is<br />

composed of integrated HW and SW components<br />

3.6.4.3.5.3 Server/ Technical Equipment Room (TER) room and rack designs<br />

with estimations of power and cooling requirements<br />

3.6.4.3.5.4 ANWI service design and details on how the service level targets<br />

shall be met including Service management and Control (SMC) and<br />

Information assurance (IA) requirements. (Annex E – I). This shall<br />

include details how the requirements for availability and reliability<br />

are to be achieved.<br />

3.6.4.3.5.5 Expanded Service Management & Control (SMC) design that<br />

explains how the operational status/metrics shall be captured,<br />

routed, monitored, “billed” and displayed in the Network Operations<br />

Centre (NOC) to show that the service is meeting its Service Level<br />

Agreement (SLA).<br />

3.6.4.3.5.6 Bandwidth design for both the wired and wireless networks; this<br />

bandwidth design shall incorporate all the ANWI services like<br />

Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC), Client<br />

provisioning and IPTV.<br />

3.6.4.3.5.7 As there are numerous networks and numerous services, the<br />

Bidder shall explain how he will deliver and seamlessly integrate the<br />

ANWI deliverables and NATO PFE into a coherent highly available<br />

network.<br />

3.6.4.3.5.8 Detailed design of security mechanisms supporting the Bidder’s<br />

initial Security Risk Assessment (SRA).<br />

3.6.4.3.5.9 A SIP (of the bidder’s choosing) for one of the six cross domain<br />

gateways shall be provided as an appendix to the submitted<br />

design.<br />

3.6.4.3.6. Detailed initial design of the Cross-Domain Gateway modules<br />

(Annex K Appendix 2 Section 4.7)<br />

3.6.4.3.7. Detailed design of the Integrated Test Service solution (Annex K<br />

Appendix 2 Section 4.8). This section shall detail the proposed ITS<br />

components and shall provide full capability to test all required ANWI<br />

services as well as integration testing with Purchaser Furnished<br />

Services and Infrastructure (PFS&I) deliverables (e.g. NATO Public<br />

Key Infrastructure, NATO Enterprise Directory Service, etc.) and<br />

other new NATO Headquarters projects (e.g. Electronic Security<br />

Systems, Building Management System, etc.).<br />

3.6.4.3.8. The HLD shall include the high level concept and discussion of the<br />

other ANWI services that will be detailed in the later design phases.<br />
