When mounting the supplementary loads, be careful to observe the maximum permissible total load. The dimensions and positions of the installation options can be seen in the diagram. 4 Technical data 4.4 Loads acting on the mounting base Loads acting on the mounting base The specified forces and moments already include the payload and the inertia force (weight) of the robot. Fig. 4-7: Loads acting on the foundation The mounting base loads specified in the table are the maximum loads that may occur. They must be referred to when dimensioning the mounting bases and must be adhered to for safety reasons. The supplementary loads on the rotating column are not taken into consideration in the calculation of the foundation load. These supplementary loads must be taken into consideration for F x . Inverted mounting position Intermediate columns must be installed with axis module lengths of 7.6 m or longer. The number of intermediate columns depends on the length of the gantry. The following tables give the maximum permissible distance between columns.
