The mounting base (>>> Fig. 6-3 ) consists of:<br />
• Leveling screw (2)<br />
• Baseplate (5)<br />
• Resin-bonded anchors (4)<br />
• Fasteners (1)<br />
The leveling screws (2) are screwed through the columns (3). They are supported<br />
via the baseplates (5) on the foundation. After alignment of the gantry,<br />
the components are fastened together with screws and the leveling screws are<br />
welded to the foundation.<br />
This mounting base requires a level and smooth surface on a concrete foundation<br />
with adequate load bearing capacity. The minimum dimensions must<br />
be observed.<br />
