Applications refused
Of the 11 applications dealt with five were refused,
either wholly or in part, because the application was for
disclosure of information which there was a conclusive
presumption of overriding public interest against disclosure.
Applications received
During 2010-11 the Authority received 11 new applications
for access to information under the Government Information
(Public Access) Act 2009.
