State Property Authority 2010-2011 Annual Report Charges for access Nature of Application Application Fee Processing Access to information/records – other requests $30.00* $30.00 an hour after first hour* Internal review of a reviewable decision $40.00 Nil * A 50 per cent reduction in processing fees may apply if the applicant suffers financial hardship or if there is deemed to be a special public benefit to the public generally. There is no 50 per cent reduction in the application fee. The applicant receives an extra hour of processing before processing fees start. n Exemptions The Authority is exempt from reporting on the following matters for the reasons outlined below: REPORTING REQUIREMENT Equal Employment Opportunity Funds granted to non-Government organisations REASON FOR EXEMPTION Triennial reporting only required. Refer Authority’s 2009-10 Annual Report. The Authority did not make any grants to any non-Government community organisations during the reporting period. Research and development No research and development activities were undertaken during 2009-10. Disclosure of controlled entities Disclosure of subsidiaries Multicultural Policies and Services Program Agreements with the Community Relations Commission Investment performance Implementation of price determination Overseas trips The Authority does not control any entities of the kind referred to in section 39 (1A) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983. The Authority does not control or hold shares in any subsidiaries within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth.) Triennial reporting only required. Refer Authority’s 2009-10 Annual Report. The Authority does not have any agreements with the Community Relations Commission under the Community Relations Commission and Principles of Multicultural Act 2000. The Authority’s investment powers are in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 4 of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987. However, all cash reserves are held in Treasury Banking System (TBS) bank accounts. The Authority is not subject to determinations or recommendations of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of NSW. The Authority’s clients comprise other NSW Government agencies.
