Charges for access<br />

* A 50 per cent reduction in processing fees may apply if the applicant suffers financial hardship or if there is deemed to be a special public<br />
benefit to the public generally. There is no 50 per cent reduction in the application fee. The applicant receives an extra hour of processing<br />
before processing fees start.<br />

The Authority does not control any entities of the kind referred to in<br />
section 39 (1A) of the Public Finance and Audit Act 1983.<br />
The Authority does not control or hold shares in any subsidiaries within<br />
the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth.)<br />

The Authority does not have any agreements with the Community<br />
Relations Commission under the Community Relations Commission and<br />
Principles of Multicultural Act 2000.<br />
The Authority’s investment powers are in accordance with Part 1 of<br />
Schedule 4 of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.<br />
However, all cash reserves are held in Treasury Banking System (TBS)<br />
bank accounts.<br />
The Authority is not subject to determinations or recommendations of<br />
the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of <strong>NSW</strong>.<br />
The Authority’s clients comprise other <strong>NSW</strong> <strong>Government</strong> agencies.<br />
No Authority staff undertook an overseas visit to promote or develop<br />
the business.<br />
