(c) Photographs for Appeal. Exhibits, diagrams, charts, and drawings on a<br />

blackboard may, under the supervision <strong>of</strong> the Court, be photographed for use on appeal or<br />

otherwise.<br />

LCvR40.1 Assignment <strong>of</strong> Cases for Trial.<br />

The placing <strong>of</strong> actions upon the trial calendar will be as announced at status and<br />

scheduling conference, unless trial setting is not required.<br />

LCvR43.1 List <strong>of</strong> Witnesses and Exhibits in Civil Cases.<br />

At the commencement <strong>of</strong> the trial <strong>of</strong> a civil case or any civil proceeding in which<br />

witnesses and exhibits are utilized, the attorneys shall submit to the judge, the courtroom<br />

deputy, and the court reporter a typewritten list, on the form provided by the Clerk, <strong>of</strong> the<br />

witnesses they expect to call in their case in chief and the exhibits they intend to introduce.<br />

LCvR47.1 Attorney Communication with Jurors.<br />

At no time, including after a case has been completed, may attorneys approach or<br />

speak to jurors regarding the case unless authorized by the Court, upon written motion.<br />

VIII. JUDGMENT.<br />

LCvR54.1 Costs.<br />

A prevailing party who seeks to recover costs against an unsuccessful party pursuant<br />

to 28 U.S.C. § 1920 shall file a bill <strong>of</strong> costs on the form provided by the Clerk and support<br />

the same with a brief. The bill <strong>of</strong> costs and brief shall be filed not more than 14 days after<br />

entry <strong>of</strong> judgment. Any request shall be a separate document from a motion for legal fees.<br />

The verified bill <strong>of</strong> costs shall have endorsed thereon pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> service upon the<br />

opposing party. The prevailing party shall provide either receipts, documents, or an affidavit<br />

in support <strong>of</strong> the requested itemized costs. Objections to the allowance <strong>of</strong> costs must be filed<br />

within 18 days from the date the bill <strong>of</strong> costs was filed. As soon as practicable after the<br />
