ecommendation by the bankruptcy judge on a motion for withdrawal; (4) upon the<br />

determination by a bankruptcy judge that a proceeding is one in which a personal injury tort<br />

or wrongful death claim is to be tried in the district court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(5);<br />

or (5) when the record is complete for purposes <strong>of</strong> appeal pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P.<br />

8007(b).<br />

(f) Assignment <strong>of</strong> <strong>District</strong> Judges. The district court clerk shall assign a district<br />

judge to the submitted matter or proceeding in accordance with the usual system for assigning<br />

civil cases, unless a prior assignment <strong>of</strong> a related matter requires assignment <strong>of</strong> the newly<br />

submitted matter or proceeding to a particular district judge.<br />

(g) Jury Trials. In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 157(e), if the right to a jury trial<br />

applies in a proceeding that may be heard by a bankruptcy judge, each <strong>of</strong> the bankruptcy<br />

judges for this district is hereby specially designated to exercise such jurisdiction and to<br />

conduct such jury trials.<br />

LCvR83.1 Committee on Local Civil Rules.<br />

A Committee on Local Civil Rules comprised <strong>of</strong> members <strong>of</strong> the bar and judiciary <strong>of</strong><br />

this Court and the Court Clerk or the Court Clerk’s designee shall be appointed by the Court.<br />

Such committee shall accept comments and recommendations regarding the local civil rules<br />

from any member <strong>of</strong> the bar <strong>of</strong> this Court or any other interested person.<br />

LCvR83.2 Attorneys.<br />

(a) Roll <strong>of</strong> Attorneys. The bar <strong>of</strong> this Court shall consist <strong>of</strong> those attorneys<br />

admitted to practice before this Court who have taken the prescribed oath and who have signed<br />

the roll <strong>of</strong> attorneys <strong>of</strong> this judicial district.<br />

(b) Committee on Admissions and Grievances. There is hereby constituted a<br />

Committee on Admissions and Grievances, consisting <strong>of</strong> five members <strong>of</strong> the bar <strong>of</strong> this Court,<br />

who shall be appointed by the judges <strong>of</strong> this Court.<br />
