any written requested jury instructions, the parties shall submit their proposed jury instructions<br />
in WordPerfect format to the Clerk via the mailbox designated in the ECF Policy Manual for<br />
the assigned judge.<br />
LCrR32.1 Confidentiality <strong>of</strong> Pre-Sentence Reports.<br />
Pre-sentence reports maintained by the Probation Office contain confidential<br />
information and recommendations and shall not be filed. In the event any party wishes to<br />
include in any motion, brief, memoranda <strong>of</strong> law or other document any confidential<br />
information or recommendations contained in a pre-sentence report, the party shall apply to<br />
the Court for an order authorizing the Clerk to file the document under seal.<br />
LCrR32.2 Sentencing Memoranda and Motions.<br />
All sentencing memoranda and motions must be filed within fourteen (14) days after<br />
receipt <strong>of</strong> the presentence report containing any final addendum or revisions. Any response<br />
to a sentencing memorandum or motion must be filed within seven (7) days thereafter.<br />
VI. SUPPLEMENTARY AND SPECIAL PROCEEDINGS.<br />

Indigent Defendants.<br />
The Federal Public Defender Organization, supervised by the Federal Public Defender,<br />
shall assist in the administration <strong>of</strong> the Court’s Criminal Justice Act Plan and maintain a<br />
