on a first-come. first-served basis, and discounted rooms are only<br />

Cancellation Policy:<br />
Should you need to cancel your <strong>Training</strong> 2012<br />
Conference or <strong>Summit</strong> registration, you must<br />
do so in writing — either by e-mail or by fax —<br />
by January 30, 2012. Cancellations received by<br />
January 30, 2012 are subject to a $100 processing<br />
fee. After January 30, 2012, we are happy to<br />
accept substitutions, but no refunds will be issued.<br />
Expo-only fees are non-refundable.<br />
